APPA Real Estate Founder and CEO Aaron Marzwell

An experienced real estate developer and a landlord in Southern California, Aaron Marzwell has spent nearly eight years as the chief executive officer of APPA Real Estate in Los Angeles. Under his leadership, APPA Real Estate functions as both an investment firm and a development firm, with an emphasis on properties that present the potential for superior risk-adjusted returns. Since he founded the company in 2013, Aaron Marzwell has established APPA Real Estate as a strategic, data-driven operation that takes a disciplined approach to asset management.

Before establishing APPA Real Estate, Aaron Marzwell spent more than seven years with CIM Group, Inc., as the vice president of development of the private equity real estate investment and development company.

Aaron Marzwell holds a BS in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MS in real estate development from Columbia University in New York City. He is a board member of both Temple Beth AM and The Simon Wiesenthal Center and a volunteer with the Medical Reserve Corps in Los Angeles.
